The compliance department will assist with authorization in determining how to obtain a college transcript with the completion of the appropriate form. These forms must be completed by the requester and accompanied by the supporting documentation as outlined. Please review the forms as completing and note that Intellectual Point will not pay for student transcripts to be received.  The Transcript Authorization form authorizes Intellectual Point to request the transcript as a third party for your prior education.
